Ok a little background on the cards on this
site.
95% of the flower/landscape cards are pictures
that I took. From my garden, Daytona beach, Hollis Garden ,
Swan lake, sunsets and sun rises. These are my pictures and
mine alone. A few of the hand drawn ones are mine and mine
alone.
From there I use psp tubes. The tubes I use
are royalty free or I have purchased the rights to use. I
never use a tube in its original form. I modify it, add backgrounds,
borders ect to make it mine. Some tubes (mostly the rose ones,
hearts ect) I make myself. I find tubes so time consuming, I
have no patience for that normally! I have to give credit to all
those amazing people that take the time to make and share
their tubes!
I also purchased the rights to clip art and I use
that to make many of the graphics. That and the tubes combined make
for beautiful cards. Once again I modify the art, using PSP,
the Gimp or Adobe to get the look I want. I then run a script or add
a picture frame . Add in some text and its ready to
go.
The animated cards I make myself once again using
the above mentioned methods. I hope to improve on that aspect within
the next few months.
95% of the text comes from me. Things I have
experienced or thought about in my submission. Things I like. The
rest are quotes, gorean, from friends , from unknown
people. All materials used on this
website have been collected from our own collection, the
internet, from free sites, or sent to me source unknown etc. (see
below for credits)
They are believed to be either copyright-free,
royalty-free. If you are the genuine legal owner of any material and
would like it removed then please email me and it will be removed as soon
as humanly possible or alternatively if you wish to express
permission it would be greatly appreciate.
I have alot of fun doing this, I try very hard
not to use copy right work or to get
permission.
