LINK EXCHANGE (add your link here) FAQ's Q) I sent a card but they didn't get it HOW COME?????? A) Due to modern technology and people trying to pray upon others many servers now have strict spam controls. If you are using AOL, Hotmail or Yahoo and the card wasn't received then chances are it is due to that. You have two options. One would be to lower your spam controls which we really do not recommend and the other would be to ensure your email is in their address book. These cards are delivered with a link to the card you created and many email servers will read that link ..as spam. If you would like to find out why your card was not delivered, you can email us with the card number and we will try to find out why. PLEASE NOTE: This is done on REQUEST only.
